What is a drinking diet
This weight loss method involves - as the name suggests - a lot of drinking. If kidney function is impaired, there are problems with the cardiovascular system, pathology of the digestive tract, then you need to choose another method of weight loss or once a week to arrange unloading on current days. However, "kefir days" or "unloading on green tea" 1 day a week are useful for everyone, regardless of chronic diseases.
You only have to give up solid foods. Everything that is drunk can be taken into the body without restrictions. The calorie content is not very limited. It all depends on the goal you want to achieve in the final stage.
Those who have tried dieting as a weight loss method admit that the first 7 days are very difficult. Everything is boring, insomnia appears until the second day, constant tearing, dizziness.
But then lightness is felt in the body, the wings seem to have grown behind the back. 30 days flying as one.
Why is a drinking diet good? It cleanses the body, reduces weight, and at the same time you choose the products that are introduced into the diet.

Weight is reduced by 3-4 kg, but since the body is satisfied with the "food swing", the kilos also return quickly. The effect of weight loss is achieved mainly by eliminating fluids.

Since this diet is a single drink diet, it is clear that the menu contains 1-2 drinks. During it, they drink not only liquid, but also a tonic: coffee and cocoa. This diet is also followed for a week. If it is very difficult to maintain such a menu, milk can be added to drinks before bed.
Such a diet is a real shock to the body, so it should be applied at most once a year, and only before the event for which you urgently need to lose 3-4 kg. It is necessary to warn immediately - they return quickly.

This is a very interesting diet, also for 7 days. During it, drinks saturated with dietary fiber enter the body, which perfectly cleanses the body of toxins.

In the first decade, the stomach and lungs are cleansed, then the liver and kidneys. At the very end of the diet, the cellular structures are purified. The weight itself decreases, even if the calorie content of the liquid food that is taken into the body is maintained at 1600-1800 kcal per day. During this time you can lose about 10 kg.
What can you drink?
The main principle of the diet, as already mentioned, is to consume all foods only in liquid form. But that doesn’t mean you’ll just have to drink water for 30 days and eat nothing. Don't just drink sugary, alcoholic and carbonated drinks.
All other drinks are allowed. Among them:
- milk shakes;
- vegetarian cocktails; puree soups;
- juices;
- sugar-free cocoa;
- sugar-free tea; unsweetened coffee;
- smoothies.

Drinking Diet
The usual drinking diet for one day may include the following foods.
- Mineral water without gas or plain - at least 1, 5 liters per day.
- Soup based on fish, meat, poultry, root vegetables or mashed vegetables. It is advisable to give up potatoes. There is no possibility of fast food - everything is prepared only from natural products.
- Dairy and fermented dairy products, fat content not exceeding 2, 5%. Fermented baked milk, kefir, milk, yogurt, katyk, varenets, ayran.
- Juices: with and without pulp. You can also buy products from the store, but you must read very carefully what is written on the packaging. It is desirable that the juice does not contain citric acid and harmful preservatives.
- Coffee is allowed, but it should be drunk with caution - it causes a feeling of appetite.
- Any tea can be eaten.
- Allowed to enjoy cocoa.
- If you want to add lemon juice to tea, cocoa or coffee - welcome, these drinks with added milk are also good.
- Any type of jelly is allowed: berries, fruits, even strong oatmeal. The latter must not be brought to the consistency of jelly.

Green Cocktails
All green smoothies are blended in a blender and can be as follows:
- Smoothie: a glass of red grape juice, banana, orange, a bunch of lettuce leaves, a glass of water.
- Calcium cocktail: Tomato, a bunch of dandelion leaves, water and salt.
- Healthy cocktail: a few kiwis, oranges, 4 red lettuce leaves, 2 glasses of water, 2 aloe leaves, a few glasses of nutmeg or seedless black grapes.
- Super cocktail: mango, a few mint leaves, pear, a bunch of weeds: nettle, dandelion, plantain.
Puree Soup
- Green peas. Dilute the flour with hot milk and a drop of butter, cook for about 15 minutes, rub through a sieve, mix with grated green peas and stir in a blender. 400 g peas, half a teaspoon of butter, a tablespoon of flour, 2 cups milk.
- Vegetable soup. Potatoes, peeled peppers, cauliflower, carrots and onions are cooked in chicken soup. Once the vegetables are ready, the onions are removed, the rest is mixed in a blender.
The consistency of the soup should be easy to drink.
Stop drinking child
Stopping drinking a child is very slow. If you have followed such a diet for a month, you will need to get used to the usual diet for at least 60 days. First, the morning intake of liquid food is replaced by a plate of slimy porridge: oatmeal, oatmeal, buckwheat flakes. Do not drink porridge for 2 hours.
A week later, they remember having breakfast a month or a week ago, and replacing their morning meal with their usual meal, and carrying porridge for lunch. Dinner is still "dietary".
Week 3 - Drink again for breakfast, more porridge for lunch. And in the evening, they eat fruits or vegetables rich in fiber. The oil has not yet been introduced into the diet.
